No.TN-CRIF-2025-26-TRY-43) of the Tender Notice Number 15/2025-2026/HDO/NH Dated 02.12 2025 issued by the 1st respondent or in the alternate direct the 1st respondent to accept the bid of the Petitioner without production of the work site visit certificate and working condition of plant and machineries.

ORDER
The present writ petition has been filed seeking a mandamus as against the second respondent to issue Work Site Inspection Certificate and the Working Condition of Plants and Machineries Certificate to the petitioner.
2. By consent this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal.
3. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submits that in case, the petitioner makes a work site inspection, such a certificate would be issued. As far as the 2/5
Working Condition of Plants and Machineries Certificate is concerned, it would depend upon the working condition of plants and machineries produced by the writ petitioner.
4. At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already given a representation on 17.12.2025.
5. In view of the above said facts, the petitioner is directed to make a work site inspection on 26.12.2025 and produce the plant and machineries before the authority. On verification of the same, the authorities are directed to issue the certificates on or before 29.12.2025.
6. With the above said observations, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
