ORDER
These Civil Revision Petitions have been filed seeking direction to the learend Subordinate Judge, Valliyoor, to dispose of the I.A.No.6 of 2022 in O.S.No.122 of 2016 and I.A.No.6 of 2022 in O.S.No.123 of 2016, pending on his file, at the earlier date. 2.This Court, vide order dated 03.02.2026 had directed the learned Subordinate Judge, Valliyoor, to send a year wise pendency report of the pending suits and in compliance of the same, the learned Subordinate Judge, Valliyoor, had sent a report vide proceedings D.No....../2026, dated 16.02.2026, annexing the breakup details with regard to the pendency of the cases arising from the year 2016 to 2026, which was addressed to the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. From the perusal of the same, it is seen that the total number of pending cases is 715 and the pendency of the cases for the year 2022 is 102. 2/4
3.Since the present cases are of the year 2022, the learned Subordinate Judge, Valliyoor, is directed to expedite the trial and dispose of the cases in I.A.No.6 of 2022 in O.S.No.122 of 2016 and I.A.No.6 of 2022 in O.S.No.123 of 2016 on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and also dispose of the suits as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of one year thereafter.
4.With the aforesaid directions, the Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
