JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by DR.G.JAYACHANDRAN, J.) The instant writ appeal is filed challenging the order passed by this Court dated 28.11.2025 in W.P.(MD)No.34594 of 2025. 2.Perusal of the order impugned in this writ appeal shows that the learned Single Judge confirmed the order passed by the District Revenue Officer on 16.09.2025 on the ground that the writ petitioner, who claims to be in possession of the subject property and who objects for grant of patta, has not produced any document to that effect. 3.Whereas, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that all the relevant documents are filed before the civil Court. However, on further enquiry, he submits that the suit is filed only for bare injection.

4.In any event, the issues raised in the present case are to be decided by the Revenue Authorities and if there is any grievance, it should be agitated before the Civil Court and the writ petition cannot be entertained. Hence, the learned Single Judge has rightly dismissed the writ petition and we have no second opinion about the said decision. 5.Accordingly, the writ appeal stands dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
