O R D E R

The present writ petition has been filed by a Government Contractor seeking a Mandamus directing the respondents to refund the deducted amount to the petitioner within a time to be fixed by this Court.

2. A perusal of the records reveal that the petitioner is a Government Contractor and while releasing the bill, certain amounts have been retained by the respondents. Hence, the petitioner has given a representation dated 22.09.2025 to the third respondent. So far, no orders have been passed. Hence the present writ petition.

3. Considering the above said facts, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 22.09.2025 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above said observation, this writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
