Alleging that the order of this Court dated 29.04.2025 passed in W.P.(MD) No.13089 of 2025 has not been complied with, the petitioner has come up before this Court with this Contempt Petition.
2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the order of this Court dated 29.04.2025, passed in W.P.(MD) No.13089 of 2025, has been duly complied with. He also produced a copy of the proceedings dated 06.01.2026 bearing reference Na.Ka.No. 4147/2025/Aa2, before this Court.
3. Recording the aforesaid submission, this Contempt Petition is closed.
