ORDER
The prayer in this writ petition is to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the Respondent No.4 to cancel wrong classification i.e., residential area and make entry as agricultural land in respect of the land in Survey Nos.191-1A1 and 191-1A2, situated at Vembar Village, Vilathikulam Taluk, Thoothukudi District, by considering the petitioner's representation 17.11.2025 2/5
within a time frame.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that it is suffice if the petitioner's representation dated 17.11.2025 is directed to be considered and disposed of by the respondents within a time frame.
3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner's representation dated 17.11.2025 will be disposed of by the respondents within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
4. Recording the above submissions and without expressing any opinion on the claim made by the petitioner, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 17.11.2025 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date 3/5
