O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by DR.G.JAYACHANDRAN, J.] This civil miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 41 days in the filing the above writ appeal.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, this civil miscellaneous petition is allowed and the delay of 41 days in filing the above writ appeal is condoned.

3. Registry is directed to number the writ appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order, and post the same for admission in the usual course.

4. At this juncture, learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the petitioners submitted that the first respondent has filed a contempt petition in Cont.P.(MD) No.3484 of 2025 alleging willful disobedience of the order passed by the learned Single Judge and the same is posted today before the learned Single Judge for hearing.

5. Taking into consideration the above submission, we direct no coercive action shall be taken till 06.02.2026 in connection with the order passed by the learned Single Judge.
