This writ petition has been filed seeking the issuance of a writ of mandamus, directing the respondent to pass final orders on the petitioner's applications for sub division of patta in online application No.2025/N105/28/388146, dated 29.10.2025.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the parties. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the application of the petitioner had already been considered and was rejected on 02.01.2026.
4. At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was not aware of the said disposal of the application and is willing to give a fresh representation to the authority. 2/4
5. In view of the above, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the respondent/Tahsildar to consider and dispose of the petitioner's application, if the petitioner submits a fresh application. No costs.
