Today, this matter is listed under the caption 'for being mentioned' at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner pointed out some errors that have crept in the prayer portion and first paragraph of the order of this Court dated 05.01.2026 in W.P.(MD)No.3 of 2026 which are as follows:- (i) In the fifth line of the prayer, survey number has been wrongly mentioned as 'S.No.161/1A' instead of S.No.1651/1A' and in the eighth line of the prayer, proceedings number has been wrongly mentioned as 'Na.Ka.No.514/12022/P3' instead of 'Na.Ka.No.514/12022/P2'. (ii) In the fourth line of the first paragraph, survey numbers have been wrongly mentioned as 'S.Nos.161/1A and 165/2A' instead of S.Nos.1651/1A and 1651/2A' and in the seventh line of the first paragraph, proceedings number has been wrongly mentioned as 'Na.Ka.No.514/12022/P3' instead of 'Na.Ka.No.514/12022/P2'.

3. In view of the same, Registry is directed to carryout necessary corrections in the order of this Court dated 05.01.2026 in W.P.(MD)No.3 of 2026 and issue fresh order copy forthwith.
