This criminal original petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.148 of 2023 pending on the file of the Inspector of Police, Vachakarapatti Police Station, Virudhunagar District.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), on instructions, would submit that the investigation has been completed and a final report has also been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Viruthunagar, through online in E-Filing No.LTN20220001820 on 05.03.2024. However, it has not been taken on file.

3. In view of the above, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Viruthunagar, is also directed to take the case on file forthwith. This Criminal Original Petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report, if so advised.
