O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed seeking a Mandamus as against the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 08.08.2025.

2. By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. It is the grievance of the petitioner that though the petitioner has paid the property tax regularly in the Assessment No. 115/060/901945, the said assessment number shown as litigant. Hence, the petitioner made a detailed representation on 08.08.2025, seeking to calculate and issue a demand notice for the above said assessment number. Since the same was not considered till date, the petitioner has approached this Court.

4. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that the representation of the petitioner dated 08.08.2025 would be considered in accordance with law. 2/4

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the matter, this Court directs the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 08.08.2025 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
