2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly and he prays for modification of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP(MD)No.22873/2025 dated 12.12.2025, is modified and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily Morning at 10.30 a.m., and Evening at 05.30 p.m., until further orders. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
