ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner complaint in CSR No.325/2025 and representation dated 03.09.2025 to take action against the 3rd respondent.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate (crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that based on the petitioner's representation the respondent police has registered FIR in Crime No.1 of 2026.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission, this Writ petition stands closed. No Costs.
