This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 497 days in paying the deficit Court fee of Rs.4,929/- in the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal in C.M.A.(MD)SR No.58664 of 2024 on the file of this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the affidavit filed in support of this petition.

3. The learned counsel for respondent Nos.1 to 3 has not raised any serious objection to this petition.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
