ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to call for the records pertaining to the proceedings in D.V.O.P.No.7 of 2022 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court No.1, Thoothukudi and quash the same as against the petitioners herein.

2. At the time of admission, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he would restrict the relief sought of in this petition to direct the learned trial Court to dispose the proceedings within the time stipulated by this Court.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Thoothukudi, is directed to conclude the proceedings in D.V.O.P.No.7 of 2022 as expeditiously as possible, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. Considering the fact that the petitioners 2 and 3 are senior citizens, the personal appearance of petitioners 2 and 3 are dispensed with in the proceedings in D.V.O.P.No.7 of 2022 before the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Thoothukudi.

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
