This petition has been filed seeking to extend the period for two weeks imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.19592 of 2025 dated 07.11.2025 in Crime No.604 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police to surrender and consider his bail application before the concerned Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3. Considering the request made by the petitioner, time is extended by three days from today i.e., 06.01.2026. It is made clear that no further extension of time will be permitted.
