ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking to call for the records relating to the proceedings of the First Information Report in Crime No. 595 of 2025 pending on the file of the 1st respondent police and quash the same as illegal in respect of the petitioners/accused No.1 to 4.
2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) for the respondent police submitted that after completing the enquiry, the Final Report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Valliyoor and the case was taken on file in S.T.C.No.1501 of 2025. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.
3. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioners to challenge the above S.T.C. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
