Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to approve the appointment of the petitioner with the 4th Respondent with effect from the petitioner's date of joining i.e.. 07.06.2023 and consequently release the outstanding salary payable to the Petitioner calculated from the date of joining i.e.. 07.06.2023 till date i.e. November 2025 amounting to Rs.7,50,428/-(Rupees Seven Lakh Fifty Thousand Four Hundred and Twenty-Eight Only). The petitioner has been appointed as a Scavenger in the 4th respondent Aided College. Since the petitioner's appointment has not been approved by the Educational Authority, he has submitted a representation and also approached this writ petition seeking a Writ of Mandamus.

2. Today, when this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader, by referring to the proceedings of the Joint Director of Collegiate Education, Tiruchirappalli, in No. 2/4

4296/A4/2023 dated 06.02.2026, submits that the request of the petitioner cannot be considered and therefore, the petitioner's representation has been rejected by proceedings dated 06.02.2026. A copy of the proceedings has also been furnished to the petitioner.
