O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondent 1 and 2 to expeditiously complete the inquiry pursuant to the second respondent's communication letter in Na.Ka.No.2756/2025/A4 dated on 21.07.2025, on the basis of the petitioner's submission dated on 24.11.2025 in accordance with law.

2. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. Having regard to the nature of the order proposed to be passed in this writ petition, notice to the respondents 3 and 4 is dispensed with.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the second respondent would conduct and conclude the inquiry after putting respondents 3 and 4 and all other necessary parties, on notice and would pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, 2/4

within the time frame stipulated by this Court.

4. In view of the above submissions, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to conduct and conclude the inquiry on merits and in accordance with law after providing an opportunity to the petitioner, all the necessary parties including the respondents 3 and 4 and pass appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
