2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that an error has crept in the order of this Court dated 05.01.2026 in W.P. (MD)No.38 of 2026 and in the second and third lines of second paragraph of the above order, it has been mentioned as 'Legal Heirship Certificate' instead of 'Death Certificate'. He therefore prayed for appropriate orders.
