O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents herein to take appropriate action on the petitioner's representation dated 17.09.2022 within a stipulated period as prescribed by this Court.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioner's son died due to electrocution. Hence, he made a representation to the first respondent seeking grant of compensation on 17.09.2022. However, the same has not been considered till date. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent would submit that the petitioner's representation would be considered in accordance with law.

4. In view of the above, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, directs the second respondent to pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's representation dated 17.09.2022, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
