The present Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to grant leave to the petitioner to file the above Civil Revision Petition as third party.

2. Heard Mr. S. Kumar, learned Counsel for the petitioner.

3. The petitioner is the Administrator of Vidathakulam Primary Agricultural Co-operative Credit Society, Madurai District, in which, the first respondent was working as a Secretary and she had allegedly misappropriated the funds of the Society. However, without arraying the petitioner as a respondent before the Co-operative Tribunal, Madurai, the order passed against the first respondent in the Surcharge Proceedings has been set aside.
