ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This is the second bail application. The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 27.03.2024 for the offence punishable under Sections 506(ii) of IPC and Sections 5(l), 5(m)(n) r/w 6 of POCSO Act, 2012, in Crime No.6 of 2024 on the file of the respondent Police, Seeks bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner is said to have threatened and involved in sexual contact with the victim girl and consequently, she was conceived about two months and on the complaint of the defacto complainant, the case was registered.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent persons and he has not committed any offences as alleged by the prosecution. He further submitted that the petitioner is ready and willing to abide by any conditions which may be imposed by this Court and he is in judicial custody from 27.03.2024. Hence, he seeks bail to the petitioner.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is said to have threatened and involved in sexual contact with the victim girl and consequently, she was conceived about two months. However, he opposed for grant of bail to the petitioner. 5.Taking into consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case and also taking into consideration of the gravity of the offence committed by the petitioner and there is no change in circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. 6.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
