Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent No.2 to initiate action on the petitioner's complaint in CSR No.431 of 2025 as per the law declared by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in Lalitha Kumari vs Government of Uttar Pradesh and others reported in 2013 (6) CTC 353.

ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent No.2 to initiate action on the petitioner's complaint in CSR No.431 of 2025 as per the law declared by the Hon'ble Supreme https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

Court of India in Lalitha Kumari vs Government of Uttar Pradesh and others reported in 2013 (6) CTC 353.

2.The petitioner's complaint was taken in CSR and the respondents are enquiring the complaint. Therefore, the respondents are further directed to complete the enquiry as per law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3.With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
