non-compliance of the order of this Court dated 20.03.2025 in WP(MD) No.15408 of 2024, wherein this Court has directed the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 29.02.2024 and pass orders on merits.

2. In compliance of the order of this Court, the second respondent has issued proceedings dated 23.06.2025 rejecting the request of the petitioner. Recording the same, the present contempt petition stands closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the same, if he is so advised.
