The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent submitted that intially, the petitioner was a suspect. After the enquiry, the petitioner has been arrived as an accused.

2.In view of the above said submission, the interim order already granted is vacated and the present petition is dismissed. The petitioner is at liberty to file fresh application as per law.
