The petitioner seeks for quash of the FIR in Crime No.198 of 2025 on the file of the first respondent.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the investigation is completed and a final report in CC No.295 of 2025 has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kulithalai and hence, nothing survives for further adjudication.

3. In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report, by filing a petition for further investigation under Section 173(8) Cr.P.C / 193(9) BNSS, 2023, if not satisfied with the manner in which final report is filed, if so advised. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
