O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to consider and pass final orders in the inquiry initiated on the petitioner's complaint dated 28.04.2025, taken on file as File No. 1716/SCPWD-CC-19/2025, within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that he made a complaint on 28.04.2025 to the respondent seeking a permanent post of Office Superintendent and monetary benefits. After receipt of the complaint, notice was issued to the petitioner and an enquiry was conducted on 29.05.2025 and 30.05.2025. Thereafter, the respondent has not passed any orders. Hence, the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that the complaint of the petitioner dated 28.04.2025 would be considered in accordance with law.

4. In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Court directs the respondent to conclude the 2/4

enquiry and pass appropriate orders on the complaint of the petitioner dated 28.04.2025 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
