ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the third respondent to survey the petitioner's land situated in Ward No. 23, Ponment Village, comprised in Old Survey No.111/3B1, subsequently subdivided as Survey No.111/3B2 and presently assigned as Block No.7, Survey Nos.32 and 91/2, measuring an extent of 13 cents, and consequently to direct the fifth respondent to provide adequate police protection for surveying the said land, based on the petitioner's representation dated 08.12.2025.
2. By consent, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the absolute owner of the property in question and that a representation dated 08.12.2025 was made seeking survey and demarcation of the boundaries of the said property. Since no action has been taken by the third respondent, the present writ petition has been filed.
4. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 submits that after issuing notice to the adjacent land owners, appropriate steps would be taken to survey and demarcate the land in accordance with Sections 9 and 10 of the Tamil Nadu Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923.
5. Recording the aforesaid submission, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the third respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 08.12.2025 for survey and demarcation on merits and in accordance with law. Notice shall be issued to the petitioner and the owners of adjacent lands and appropriate orders shall be passed in accordance with Sections 9 and 10 of the Tamil Nadu Survey and Boundaries Act 1923, within a period of
