This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to take appropriate action based on the petitioner's complaint in CSR No.2345/2025 dated 15.12.2025. 1/4

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner lodged a complaint before the second respondent police on 15.12.2025, for which, CSR.NO.2345 of 2025 was issued. Even after receiving the same, the second respondent failed to take appropriate action further. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police, on instructions, submitted that action would be taken on the petitioner's complaint in CSR.No.2345 of 2025 and investigation would be concluded within two weeks.

4.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, directing the second respondent to conclude the investigation within two weeks, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. 06.01.2026 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No Rmk 2/4
