ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to give police protection to fence the lands of the petitioner in survey Nos.56/3, 58/2, and 171/1 and houses bearing Door Nos.11/7 and 15/7B, and the vacant site in front of the house and site of the second respondent.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the first respondent and the learned Government Advocate (Civil) for the impleaded seventh respondent.
3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the seventh respondent/ Tahsildhar, Senkottai, is directed to survey the property in the presence of the petitioner as well as the private respondents, after issuing notice to all the parties. The first respondent shall provide police 2/4
protection. The petitioner shall act as per the judgment and decree granted in O.S.No.125 of 2010. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With these observations, this writ petition (Criminal) is disposed of.
