The present petition is filed by the petitioners to implead the proposed respondent / defacto complainant as the 3rd respondent in the Criminal Appeal as well as in the petition for suspension of sentence.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners/accused and the learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the petition is ordered and the proposed respondent is impleaded as the 3rd respondent in the Criminal Appeal as well as in the petition for suspension of sentence.

4.Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment wherever necessary and post Crl.MP.(MD).No.11137/2025 for hearing on 02.03.2026.
