ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the official respondents to remove the encroachment in Survey No.82/2, Pathway and Survey No.86 a bond by name Kanakkankulam, a water body, situated at Bethanayackanpatti, Velliyankonpatti Village, Marungapuri Taluk, Trichy District and to restore the same, by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 27.08.2025. 2/4

2.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 would submit that part of the encroachment has already been removed and remaining encroachment will be removed within a period of two months, by following due process of law. 3.Recording the above submission, this writ petition is disposed of.
