2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the entire documents placed on record. Though notices were served on the respondents 1 to 3, none appeared on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is ordered and the delay is condoned.
