ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to quash the impugned proceedings of the second respondent in Na.Ka.AA8/784/2024, dated 29.10.2025, and consequently, to direct the first respondent to issue suitable orders directing the second respondent and his subordinates to survey and demarcate the lands measuring about 6 Acres and 77 Cents, comprised in Survey No.17-1A (Old Survey Nos.6C and 6E), Periasamipuram, Vilathikulam, Thoothukkudi District, in accordance with the title document, namely the sale deed dated 14.10.1957, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. By consent, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. Since no adverse orders are going to be passed against the third respondent, notice to the third respondent is hereby dispensed with.

4. After arguing for some time, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, in view of the existence of rival claims with respect to the subject property, the parties may be advised to approach the Civil Court.

5. Recording the aforesaid submission, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. In the event of any rival claims, the same may be agitated before the competent Civil Court.
