Mr.K.Sanjai Gandhi Government Advocate (Crl.side) Prayer: This Petition is filed under Section 528 of BNSS praying to relax the condition which was imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P(MD).No.1024 of 2023 in Crl.M.P(MD).No.13450 of 2022 in Crl.A(MD).No.714 of 2022 dated 23.01.2023.

ORDER

This petition is filed to relax the condition which was imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD).No.1024 of 2023 in Crl.M.P(MD).No.13450 of 2022 in Crl.A(MD).No.714 of 2022 dated 23.01.2023. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that with respect to the co-accused, this Court vide order dated 24.07.2025, while modifying the condition already imposed, directed the petitioners therein to appear before the trial court once in six month till the disposal of the appeal. The learned counsel for the petitioner prayed that similar order may be passed.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly, without any default.

4. Considering the fact that the petitioner is complying the condition regularly and in view of the fact that this Court directed the co-accused to appear before the trial Court once in six months, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified. The petitioner shall appear and sign before the trial Court once in six months at 10.30 a.m, till the disposal of the appeal. 19.01.2026 CM To 1.The Inspector of Police, Kollankodu Police Station, Kanyakumari District.
