PRAYER :- To relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.16810 of 2025 dated 03.10.2025 on the file of this Court.

ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to modify the condition No.6(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.16810 of 2025 dated 03.10.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly and he prays for modification of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the investigation has been completed and the charge sheet has also been filed. Further, the petitioner has complied with the condition regularly .

4. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.16810 of 2025 dated 03.10.2025, is modified 2/4

and the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
