petitioners have also moved these applications to suspend the sentence imposed on them by the trial Court. The earlier application filed by A1 in Crl.MP(MD) No.12351 of 2022 to suspend the sentence was dismissed by this Court, by order, dated 19.10.2022. Insofar as A2 is concerned, this is the first application for suspension of sentence. 2.When these applications are taken up for hearing, it is reported that the typed set of papers are made ready. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent is also ready to proceed with the appeals.

3.Since it is reported that the typed set of papers are made ready, these Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions are dismissed.
