ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 341, 294(B), 302, 506(2), 120B, 149 of IPC, 1860, in Crime No.90 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.
side)submitted that the petitioner is having eight previous cases. Hence, he opposed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
3. Considering the fact that the petitioner is having eight previous cases and in the present case Section 302 IPC offence is made, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
