ORDER
This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to direct the 2nd respondent to execute the bailable warrant issued against the 3rd respondent by the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Madurai, in E.A.No.43/2025 in C.C.No. 489 of 2024 dated 20.08.2025.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Madurai, has already issued a bailable warrant against the third respondent. However, the second respondent failed to execute the same.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that a copy of the warrant has not been received till date.

Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, this Court hereby directs the petitioner to produce the copy of the bailable warrant issued against the third respondent by the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Madurai, to the second respondent, within a period of one week from today. On receipt of the same, the second respondent is directed to execute the bailable warrant issued against the third respondent in E.A.No.43/2025 in C.C.No.489 of 2024 dated 20.08.2025 by the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Madurai, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of the warrant by the petitioner.
5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed.
