PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the tender summary report of the first respondent dated 22.12.2025 declaring the second respondent as successful bidder for the works covered in Sl.No.1 and 3 of the Tender Notice No.671/2025/A2 dated 01.12.2025 and quash the same as illegal and arbitrary and in consequence thereof direct the first respondent to declare the petitioner as successful bidder in the above said tender process.
