PRAYER: Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, by calling for the records relating to proceedings of the 4th respondent vide RC. No. A3/PTB/151/4273/2025 dated 23.12.2025, to quash the same and to consequently to direct the respondents to enforce promotion as per the Adhoc Rules vide G.O.Ms.No.53, Home (Police IX) Department dated 18.01.1999 and G.O.Ms.No.873 dated 02.12.2016 for the post of Inspector (Technical) and Sub-Inspector (Technical) in Police Telecommunication Branch.
