ORDER
The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 318 (4) BNS, in Crime No. Not known of 2024, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner borrowed a sum of Rs.1,20,000/- from the defacto complainant and thereafter, he has not returned the same. Hence, the case.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is an innocent persons and they have not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that the petition enquiry is pending in CSR stage and a case has not been registered.
