ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent Police, for the offence under Sections 296(b), 116, 324, 351(3) BNS 2023, in Crime No.Not Known/2025, has filed this petition seeking anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that due to a wordy quarrel regarding to drainage construction before the petitioner's house, the petitioner attacked the defacto complainant. Hence, the case.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is an innocent person and she has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. He further submits that it is purely a civil dispute, for which, a criminal complaint has been lodged against the petitioner. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that the petition enquiry is pending in CSR stage and a case has not been registered.

5. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) that so far, no case has been registered, in view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
