ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 109(1) of BNS Act and under Section 25(1) of Arms Act in Crime No.Not Known of 2025, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, submitted that the petition enquiry had been conducted and closed, and that, as of today, no CSR or FIR is pending against the petitioner.
