ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent Police, for the offence under Sections 296(b) and 351(3) BNS, in Crime No.Not known/2025 have filed this petition seeking anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that due to a civil dispute, the petitioners abused the defacto complainant and threatened her with a crowbar. Hence, the case.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent persons and they have not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. He further submits that it is purely a civil dispute, for which, a criminal complaint has been lodged against the petitioners. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that the petition enquiry is pending in CSR stage and a case has not been registered.

5. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) that so far, no case has been registered, in view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
