The above petition has been filed seeking orders to condone the delay of 112 days in representing the second appeal, challenging the judgment and decree passed in A.S.No.26 of 2022 dated 09.09.2023 on the file of the Subordinate Court, Keeranur, confirming the judgment and decree made in O.S.No.1 of 2007 dated 20.04.2022 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Keeranur.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. Considering the reasons assigned and also the quantum of delay, this Court is inclined to condone the delay.

Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
