The Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking orders to accept the cause title in so far as the appellants in the second appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and also perused the records.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the second appellant in A.S.No.88 of 2014 died on 20.03.2024, after the completion of both side arguments in February 2024 itself.

4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
