2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has fairly submitted that the prayer sought for in the Writ Petition has become infrunctuous. He has also filed a memo dated 08.01.2024 to that effect.

3. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Writ Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
