ORDER
The present writ petition has been filed seeking to direct the 2nd respondent to issue the Work Site Inspection Certificate to participate in Sl. No. 1 Construction of 10 Additional Class Rooms in Government Girls Higher Secondary School at Alangudi in Thiruvarankulam Block of Pudukkottai District and in Sl.No. 3 Construction of 8 Additional Class Rooms in Government Boys Higher Secondary School at Alangudi in Thiruvarankulam Block of Pudukkottai District.
2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the relief sought for by the petitioner ie., Work Site Inspection Certificate has already been issued by the 2nd respondent.

3.Recording the aforesaid submission, this writ petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
